"THE WORKSHOP" is a modern fitness studio. It is constructed in such a way that it satisfies the need for simplicity and functionality of the interior spaces. At the same time it combines high quality and pleasant internal conditions.

The requirement of the space to be adjusted according to different fitness program needs, led to the design of a single space which can transform  by using internal mobile partitions.

The selected materials, such as metal, exposed concrete, decorative bricks, micro-cement mortar and wood, compose a pleasant and dynamic space.

The efficient HVAC mechanical equipment (air-water heat pump and MHRV) and high efficacy LED lighting ensure efficient energy consumption. On the building’s rooftop, production from 5kW photovoltaic system and a solar collector for domestic hot water, makes the commercial space a zero energy building (energy class A +).
