The house is located in the dense urban area of Velvento, Kozani. Initial difficulties such as the limited space of the site, its polygonal shape and limitations in the Planning legislation were overcome successfully. The building’s design respects the traditional architecture of the area. However, new elements of design were incorporated successfully. The residence spreads out on three levels (basement and two floors) with a total area of 132 m2.
